Kunnskapsdepartementet (KD) [the Ministry of education and research] has given the Directorate of public construction and property the assignment of implementing construction project Campus Ås – SLP (the Co-Location Project). This is the largest ever complete development in the university and university college sector in Norway. The construction of SLP (63 000 m2) has already begun, and the start-up of the last sub project in SLP; K260 Common Building is now close.

The common building (1 956 m2) shall be erected as a free standing building, partially inserted in the preserved Fougnerhaugen. The main entrance (contour 78.1) is placed directly in from the park area ‘Uraksen’ between the newly restored Clock building and the rest of SLP. The building shall be 2 storey and take advantage of the terrain difference on the site via a large amphitheatre that leads up to an upper level in Fougnerhaugen (contour 82.6). In addition, the building has a basement under ground (contour 74.5). shall be completed (1 956 m2). The entire project shall be ready for semester start in Autumn 2020.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBank ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, may be given emphasis.
The Norwegian construction and Property management department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can also be asked to send in Annual financial statements for the last 2 years with the board’s and auditor’s reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments of comparative value.
The references must highlight experience from turnkey contracts of comparable size and complexity.
Tenderers are required to have good management and quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 or equivalent systems.
A description shall be submitted of up to.
Three reference projects of comparable value carried out during the last 5 years, with information about i.a.:
— the name of the project.
— Contracting Authority.
— the project´s size in m2 and cost.
— type of building.
— the assignment´s contract value excluding VAT.
— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project).
— the tenderer's assignments/role in the project.
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — current progress of the project.
Description of the tenderer’s management system for quality and implementation of this in the organisation. (max. two A4 pages).
