The tender contest is for a framework agreement for the procurement of Water and Sewage, and HVAC and sanitary products for the municipalities Bamble,
Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien GKI, the Grenland municipalities'
Purchasing Unit shall implement the tender contest on behalf of the municipalities.
Municipal and intermunicipal companies and other public organisation shall also have to option to enter into the framework agreement (cf. the tender dcumentation’s chapter 4).
The framework agreement period is 2 (two) years, with an option for an extension of 1 year +1 year, in accordance with the parties' requests.

The figures give an estimate of the extent of the framework agreement, but the mentioned amount is not binding as regards call-offs. It will be the municipalities'actual need that will always determine the amount of call-offs in
contract period.
