ØRIK invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of waste bins, waste containers and the transport of waste from municipal buildings, sites and properties in Ullensaker municipality.
Municipal properties are responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal buildings, including planning and facilitating waste management. The waste is sorted in accordance with the Pollution Act's provisions on commercial waste. The municipality has political guidelines that state that the waste shall be source sorted on the same basis as the municipality's households.
The volume will depend on the contracting authorities' activities. The municipality has, via its municipal public buildings, ambitions to increase source sorting, so that the amount of pure fractions is expected to increase whilst the amount of residue waste will eventually decrease. Emphasis will be put on flexibility as regards emptying frequencies and bin sizes.
