The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency shall procure unarmoured vehicles for increasing the mobility in the Norwegian Home Guard.
The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of vehicles for the Norwegian Home Guard. The Ministry of Defence and its subdivisions shall be able to enter into the framework agreement. The framework agreement will also be open for the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. Furthermore, it is intended to establish a CLS contract for support of the material throughout the lifetime of the material.
