Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation requirement:
— Tax Certificate for respectively tax and VAT, not older than 6 months. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
— Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

— The Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.

Equivalent deliveries means that the tenderer shall have experience from assignments of the same nature, complexity and extent, including foundations and/or relaying foundations and the renovation/alteration of buildings worthy of preservation etc., which have been carried out in a turnkey contract with a fixed price for the execution.

If there is a surplus of qualified tenderers and there must be a pre-qualification (selection), tenderers will get extra credit for experience with relaying foundations.
— An overview of the most important building and construction work that the tenderer has carried out in the last 5 years. The overview shall include the following:
a) The customer's name with a reference: Email address and telephone number.
b) Value.
c) Contract type.
d) Extent, complexity (describe the foundation method, ground conditions etc. (max. 200 words)).
e) Date and place the work was carried out.
Documentation of completed work is to be given in Annex 5 ‘Template for Project Overview’ in part II.
— Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system that is relevant for the execution of this assignment.
— Description of the quality assurance system with a table of contents or a valid certificate of the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies, which confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001.
