The development is planned to be developed in 2 stages, with stage 2 being an option in the competition.

The idea is that the development will be designed as terraced housing that will follow the beach line/plan demarcation, with a rhythmic use of both protruding and recessed facades. The variation in the facades will give interesting and varied spaces between the buildings, which will simultaneously support the building's private area/garden/recreational area.

Seventy 2, 3 and 4 room flats shall be established, in varying sizes from 60-120 m

In total the project involves an external area of 12 000 m
