Estimert totalverdi: 216 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The building and the outdoor area are described in a preliminary project that includes 72 sheltered accommodation flats with an area of 50 — 55 m2 each, split over five floors. The building shall have a base for employees and a day activity centre with room for 15 — 20 users. Areas for office premises have also been set aside. The building shall be manned/staffed 24 hours a day and shall be aimed at elderly persons with a need for adapted housing. The municipality's aim is a building with a minimum of a passive house level. The four top floors are assumed to be constructed with solid wood as the loadbearing structure. The contract shall be executed as a builder management turnkey contract. The granted upper gross financial frame for the project is NOK 378 million. The estimated value for this contract is approx. NOK 216 million, excluding VAT.

The contracting authority requests the building to be completed by the end of 2018.
Numerous special contractual terms are made. Including requirement for use of apprentices, pay and work conditions, extended tax certificates, and a fossil-free construction site. The contractual terms are in accordance with NS8405.
