Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Qualification requirements: Tenderers shall have fulfilled all their tax obligations.

Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months old.

Qualification Requirement: Tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall present an updated Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall present certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country of establishment.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE).

Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration stating that the tenderer meets, or if awarded the contract will meet, statutory requirements in Norway relating to health, safety and environment. The self-declaration must be countersigned by one of the company's employees.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have legal working conditions for both their own employees and for hired personnel.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a copy of a standard employment contract in the company and for any labour that has been hired in.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must see to the temporary storage of bottom ash at a certified place both before and after sorting, as well as the final disposal.

Documentation requirement: A licence that covers temporary storage of bottom ash shall be enclosed with the tender. A licence that covers final disposal of ash shall also be enclosed with the tender.

Qualification requirement: If a tenderer plans to use hired/subsuppliers from abroad, the tenderer shall comply with the requirements in the laws and regulations on this.

Documentation requirement: A declaration and documentation that the tenderer has routines for and is aware of the obligations that lie with the company (annex F). If a tenderer shall not use hired/subsuppliers from abroad, this shall be specifically stated in the tender letter.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers are obligated to take out and maintain required insurance for the non-life and liability events that can occur during fulfilment of the contract.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall document the insurance and its coverage.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: Financial qualifications — Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

Documentation requirement: Approved annual accounts with the auditor's report for the last 2 financial years, which show positive equity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have the relevant professional and technical qualifications for carrying out the assignment.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall document experience from equivalent assignments with a good result, their organisation, competence and quality assurance systems in order to fulfil the assignment. The Contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer. Tenderers shall enclose a reference (Annex E) from a customer connected to the 3 most relevant assignments of an equivalent size as this enquiry, in the last 3 years. Returkraft reserves the right to contact the references for verification, as well as disqualify based on reference projects with bad results.
