Kort beskrivelse:
The waste is to be collected from the contracting authority's recycling station at Heggstadmoen 65 in Trondheim. The contracting authority is to sort, pack and declare the waste for further transport. The fraction is to be weighed at the recipient until the contracting authority has its own scales for impregnated wood. All waste shall be delivered to a certified treatment or final disposal facility for the fraction in question.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
6.1 The tenderer's certificates, authorisations, etc.
Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
— Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The certificate must not be older than 12 months from the tender deadline.
Authorisation/Certification.
Tenderers are required to have a certified facility or deliver to a certified facility for impregnated wood (hazardous waste).
— Tenderers must enclose all certified concessions/licences for treating impregnated wood (hazardous waste).
6.4 Quality assurance and environmental management standards.
A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required.
— Documentation of the quality assurance system. An account of the tenderer's existing routines and documentation that the requirement for a quality assurance system/management system applicable for the assignment is covered. If this is described in the tenderer's quality assurance system, in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent, documentation of this can be enclosed.

A good, well-functioning environmental management system is required.
— Documentation of an environmental management system. Copies of any certificates, such as ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, are to be enclosed. If a tenderer does not have an environment management system, the tenderer must be willing to implement one within 6 months of the contract being signed. This shall be documented in writing.

6.5 Sub-suppliers.
Tenderers shall have a binding cooperation relationship with any sub-suppliers.
Complete Annex 2 ESPD — section II D.
If a tenderer will use sub-suppliers for the fulfilment of the assignment for the transport, reception or treatment of inert matter, the sub-suppliers shall fill in a separate ESPD.
Tenderers will always be responsible for any sub-suppliers. This also applies to sub-suppliers who fulfil all the qualification requirements and certifications for the transport and treatment of inert matter. Before any change of sub-supplier in the contract period, the Contracting Authority shall approve the new sub-supplier.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
6.2 The tenderer's economic and financial capacity.
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity.
— A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to carry out this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
6.3 Technical and professional qualifications.
Tenderers shall have experience from similar contracts.
— Complete annex 8. A description of the 3 most important equivalent deliveries in the last 3 years. Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email). The contracting authority must be given the authority to contact the person in question. The references will only be contacted if required.
