Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate,

— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation.

Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

Bank guarantee.

Confirmation that a bank guarantee will be provided for correct fulfilment of the contract (cf. the Contract and Terms point 3.7).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.

Documentation.

Description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The project description must include a specification of the project value, project length and state the Customer (name, phone and email). The Contractor is responsible for documenting the projects’ relevance through their description. The Contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient machinery, equipment and capacity — minimum a large sludge suction vehicle and a vehicle with flushing options. In addition field tools that enable electronic registration in the field, which can be converted in our management tool.

A description of the machinery, equipment and the tenderer's capacity to take on the assignment.

Tenderers are required to have drivers with professional competence within the discipline and the tenderer is required to have a transport licence.

Driving licence for the actual motor vehicle.

CVs for the tenderer's drivers.

Documentation of the transport licence.
