Even though the requirement for legal services is basically covered by the internal HR at the contracting authority, a requirement for external counsel in connection with e.g. missing available capacity or competence for the area is required.
Sykehusinnkjøp Health Trust, on behalf of the contracting authority, is therefore publishing an open tender contest for legal services. Sykehusinnkjøp Health Trust would like to enter into a framework agreement with a total provider of legal services.

The contracting authority would like tenders for the following types of services:
— —Legal advice, both individual questions and major review work.
— Quality assurance
— Assistance with any appeals and/or dispute cases, including negotiations and procedures.
— Courses, conferences, seminars etc.
Within the following legal jurisdictions:
1)Labour legislation and pension law (mandatory and rights).
2)Public procurements, state subsidies and competition law (the expected largest requirement is related to public procurements).
3)Contract law, with particular focus on complex ICT contracts.
4)Technology and IT law, the Personal Data Act.
5)Judicial conditions in relation to contract work and real estate, the Plan and Building Act.
6)Company law (enterprise law), as well as tax laws. Both with focus on the health sector.
7)Administrative law, health legislation, pharmacies and medicines legislation.
8)Immaterial law, legal status of research (including questions about commercialisation, rights and research contracts).
