The procurement of actuary services to the Pension Fund for the health authorities in the Capital area (PKH)

The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with one tenderer who can be the responsible actuary in accordance with the Regulation, 09.12.2016 no. 1503 about pension companies (the pension company regulation) chapter 5.
The actuary's area of responsibility is in accordance with the Pension Fund regulation § 32, to ensure:
1. that the Pension Fund's activity is at all times carried out in a technically responsible research manner.
2. calculation of insurance year end provisions as well as changes in the provisions base,
3. allocation of returns and provisions with the management of funds as well as provisions on risk results in accordance with the Insurance Activity Act,
4. that the Pension Fund's premiums have not been set in convention of the Insurance Activity Act,
5. That messages from the Pension Fund, in accordance with the Insurance Activity Act § 3-7 first chapter was sent to the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority,
6. Statics are being prepared of the insurance stocks.

1. Premium calculations.

2. Account print out for the company.

3. Accounts Calculations NRS 6.

4. Stress tests, calculation of EIK investment, guaranteed interest, solvency margin, reassurance need and strategy for insurance risk.

5. Annual Financial Statement and quarterly accounts.

6. Collaboration meetings.

7. Risk management and internal control, strategy documents.

8. Other deliveries.

Varighet: 96 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The agreement shall have a duration of two years calculated from start up. After that the Contracting Authority can prolong the agreement with up to one year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is four years (2+1+1+1+1+1+1 years).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The Contracting Authority can extend the agreement with up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is four years (2+1+1+1+1+1+1 years). The options are triggered automatically on verbatim terms unless otherwise requested by the Contracting Authority.
