Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of contract 163-BYM-2016 Ski track groomer Linderudkollen.
The Contracting Authority is responsible for administration and operation of Oslo municipality's streets, roads, forests, agricultural and recreational areas, central parks and larger, connected free-areas, including hiking tracks, the islands and the beach zone.
The Contracting Authority administers and operates 105 km floodlit tracks and 250 km ski tracks in the municipal forest.
The Contracting Authority also administers and operates the sports facilities in the municipal forest, including the Holmenkollen National Arena, the Linderudkollen ski jump and cross country facility.

Kort beskrivelse:

The Linderudkollen ski facility comprises a cross country facility with approx. 5 km tracks with 10 metres track width for cross country classic and free-style techniques, a stadium area and an area for ski play. The ski facility is operated on artificial snow partly stationary made, and partly distributed with movable snow guns along the ski tracks. Natural snow is prepared subsequent to snowfall.

The ski facility also comprises ski jumps, in the sizes from K-point (critical point) K10, via K20, K40 to K70 as the largest ski jumping hill. The ski jumping hill is also mainly operated on artificial snow, supplemented with natural snow throughout the winter season. The machine shall as a minimum have 2 seats with a separate driver's cabin.

The machine shall otherwise be self-propelled and not additional equipment for a different operation unit.
