Bamble, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities are the contracting authorities for this contract. GKI Grenlands kommunenes Innkjøpsenhet (the Grenland municipalities' Procurement unit) is implementing the contract on behalf of the municipalities.
The municipalities wish to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the administration and operation of the municipalities' light systems. The contract comprises inspections, internal control, duty schemes, operation and maintenance with function responsibility for the municipalities' outdoor light systems. Including lights for municipal roads, pavements, foot and cycle paths, sections of county roads, parks, places, squares, floodlit tracks, sub passages, parking areas Lights in relation to buildings and Christmas decorations are not included in the contract.
The framework agreement period is 2 years, with an option for an extension of 1 year + 1 year if required by the participating parties.
