L6:

Alterations to facilitate new operation of an existing laboratory, as well as upgrades to workplace areas in parts of the basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors.

L8 — Old main building:

Alterations to facilitate modern operation of the laboratory, as well as new workplaces on

the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Replacing the electrical installations and upgrading the fire alarm installations.

L8 — New main building:

New workplaces on the ground floor, upgrading and securing the main entrance area.

Replacing the electrical installations and upgrading the ventilation and fire alarm installations.

L8 — Office villa and the corner building

Upgrading the fire alarm installations.

Varighet: 15 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

There are several options in chapter 1.19 in the requirement specifications that are also in the tender form.

Option 1:

The corner building is to go over to a 400V voltage system. All existing sub-distributions in these buildings are to be replaced and all technical 3-bevel equipment is to be connected or replaced so that it is entirely adapted to the new voltage system.

Option 2:

The office villa is to go over to a 400V voltage system. All existing sub-distributions in these buildings are to be replaced and all technical 3-bevel equipment is to be connected or replaced so that it is entirely adapted to the new voltage system.

Option 3:

L8 New main building: Alteration work for the establishment of a meeting room pool/wing on the ground floor — so that meetings can be held with external actors who are kept away from areas in L8 that include sensitive laboratories, workplaces and other areas that are critical for safety.

Option 4:

L8 New main building: Replace the outer doors at the goods entrance.

Vilkår for deltakelse

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have sufficient

financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Documentation: The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

Documentation: A description shall be submitted of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:

— the name of the project

— contracting authority

— the project's size in m2 and cost

— type of building

— The assignment's contract value excluding VAT

— type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project)

— the firm's assignments/role in the project

— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where one is in the project

Particularly for engineering design services carried out by others than the turnkey contractor.

If the company/companies carrying out the engineering design services are other than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have carried out the engineering design services), the engineering design company/companies who shall carry out the engineering design services shall document up until 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
