The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a full-range supplier for the delivery of furniture and fittings for Sandvika Library and furnishing of Rykkinn Library. The libraries shall appear as modern and appealing. The contracting authority wants a library that appears inviting for Bærum municipality's inhabitants, both established and new library users. The contracting authority will i.a. focus on some of the strategic goals that were prepared in connection with the Library Report, which also correspond with the guidelines given in the new National Library Strategy: — Bærum Library shall appear as modern and future-oriented. — Bærum Library shall carry out active literature, knowledge and culture communication. — Bærum Library shall be a meeting place and an arena for experiences, conflict mediations, debates and cultural diversity.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement.
A creditworthiness of A (creditworthy) is required to be eligible for this competition. Tenderers with a lower rating will be rejected.
Documentation requirement: — Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating agency, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer — typically given by a letter or grade, as well as an explanation of this. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clear.

— Companies without sufficient credit rating, newly established companies with a credit score of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included with the tender.

Requirement — Experience: Significant experience from similar assignments is required. Equivalent experience means deliveries to libraries or similar. Area:
Documentation requirement, experience: List of the three most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years for the provider/sub-provider, including information about the value, date, and name of the public or private recipients with contact information for any reference collection.

Requirement 5 Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality management system is required for the services that shall be provided.
The concept of a quality management system is that i.a., the tenderer has a awareness of quality objectives, planning, securing, handling of deviations and quality improvement.
Documentation requirement; the Quality assurance system: A short account of the tenderer's quality assurance system, as well as a copy of any environmental management systems.
Requirement; the Environmental management system: Systems and procedures that ensure a low environmental impact when performing the delivery are required.
The environmental management system must i.a. ensure continual improvement of:
— The organisation's environment and safety competence.
— the service's climate effect.
Documentation; the Environmental management system: An account of the tenderer's environmental management system.
