The option may be relevant if the price is within the budgetary frames decided by the municipal council. Whether or not if the option shall be triggered is subject to the municipal council’s final decision. If the option is triggered, the other hall with a 23*44 m area will be removed from the contract. The works are expected to be initiated after the contract is signed, in 4/5.2018. The completion and formal take-over of the School shall be by 15.10.2019. However, completion is requested ASAP, preferably by 1 October.

Requirement:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations. The payment experience must be satisfactory.
Documentation requirement:
A credit assessment from a certified credit appraisal agency based on the most recent known accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Requirement:
The tenderer shall have good experience from implementation of assignments/contracts of equivalent complexity.
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to thee of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last five years with information about:
a) the Contracting authority's name and contact information;
b) the project name;
c) the project's nature, scope, value and complexity in relation to execution, logistics, and progress;
d) date;
e) the tenderer's delivery in the project;
f) contract form;
g) the contract's scope.
The contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
2) Requirement:
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
Overview of the company´s total manpower, as well as an overview of the number of man-labour years, with competence for special/important disciplines for the execution of the contract.
How the tenderer will ensure sufficient capacity for this assignment must be reported. Among other things, a staffing plan should be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, sub-contractors etc. in accordance with the agreed upon progress plan.

3. Requirement:
Tenderers shall have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.
A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract will be executed and in accordance with NS 8407:2011 “General contract terms for turnkey contracts”, in combination with Statsbygg's Turnkey contract manual, with the supplements and amendments given in the contract documents and annexes.
