Kort beskrivelse:

PA6 a sewage pump station:

The sewage pump station has an area of approx. 12x12 m and has an approx. height of 14 m from bottom to top.

The station has 3 levels, of which 2 of these are below ground. The pump swamp in the station will be located in a separate

room with a height over 2 floors.

A sheet pile pit with a depth of 7.5 m shall be established from the shafted level. The sheet pile pit shall be reinforced with

cushions/bracing struts and H beams made of steel shall be used for this purpose The excavation of the sheet pile pit shall be executed

in layers as cushions and bracing struts are established.

The pump station shall contain internal pumps and blowers. For

access between floors, a steel trap shall be assembled and a hatch in surfaces for transporting

the equipment to and from. The top floor shall contain 2 toilet facilities, 1 room for ventilation

and 1 room for emergency power generators. Travelling cranes shall be installed in the basement and top floor, in addition to

a rotary crane for loading and unloading via a gate. The pump swamp shall contain a foot path and a ladder for

access to the bottom of the pump swamp.

The pump stations shall be prepared for the millennial flood. In order to secure against water penetration in connection with

floods, easy available flood control systems shall be installed in or outside the gate and doorways.

The level of the next millennium flood will in theory be approx. 70 cm above the door/gate sill.

The current sewage pump station PA6 shall be demolished after the construction of the new station.

The demolition works also includes environmental restoring and filling for the current station.

Retention tanks:

3 retention tanks with a capacity for 900 m3 shall be constructed in connection with the pump station PA6. The tanks shall

be placed below ground and the lower edge of the tanks shall have a depth of 4 m below the finished

shafted level. A sheet pile pit with an opening at one side for easier access when casting

the concrete sheet and installing the tanks shall be established. The tanks shall be founded on a joint concrete sheet that will

prevent the tanks from rising during flood

HVAC and sanitary technical plants:

The ventilation plant is planned as follows:

A generator with a rotating recovery device shall provide the ventilation for the station.

An exhaust plant for dirty exhaust with photo oxidation and charcoal filters shall uphold the negative pressure for zones

with providing odor relieve, as well the ventilation of buried retention tanks for sewage.

A passive supply air system for blowers

An exhaust plant for dirty exhaust shall ensure bad smell is not of inconvenience for the environment

surrounding the station. The sources of odor in the system are the pump basin and retention tanks

outside the actual station. The retention tanks shall be added compressed air in order to prevent the sedimentation of

the sewage water, in such a way that the air must be purified. The ventilation of the tanks shall also contribute in

preventing creation of hazardous concentrated gases which can be of danger.

A passive supply air system for blowers shall ensure that the blowers located in level 2 of

the station is receiving cold outdoor air. The system shall be executed with a flutter valve at the inlet in such a way that cold air

shall not seep through when the blowers are one.

The heating, cooling and sanitary installations are planned in the following ways:

City water shall be conducted to the toilet facilities and be connected to toilets and washstand, as well as supply for refracted

water surfaces.

A refracted water surface shall be established in order to prevent contamination of city water, all flushing stations and

connection points for machines shall thus be gathered from refracted water surfaces.

A heating/cooling system with 2 heat pumps and fancoils shall be established.
