Forsvarsbygg

The contract involves the tenderer being responsible for establishing/running a module building for the following functions in the development project at Evenes:
a) For the contractor and other users (employees in the Norwegian Defence): Offices, canteen, cloakroom, overnight stays. FB will not pay the tenderer for rigging up, operation or rigging down. All costs and profit must be covered through direct payments from the users. After the contract has been signed, reservations for overnight stays, office places, cloakrooms/dining rooms and payment for these services will be between the tenderer and each user.
b) Office for FB and consultants: A builder's office shall be established, which will be used by FB's own employees and hired consultants. The builder's office shall, for as long as it is rented by FB, be managed, run and maintained by the tenderer. During the competition FB could order the builder's office as a hire-purchase.
Contract length: 1.9.2018 — 31.8.2027, unless notice is given on the contract earlier.
