Roligheden school for first grade to tenth grade, shall be located in Roligheden, in the western part of Tromøy in Arendal kommune. The school is located approx. 3 km from Tromøy Bridge and approx. 8 km from the centre of Arendal sentrum. The new school site is close to the Tromøy Hall and the current School site for Roligheden school.
Arendal Eiendom KF shall construct a new first grade to tenth grade school, with a community function and multi-purpose hall. The buildings shall replace the existing Roligheden School with Associated outdoor areas and installations. The school shall have a capacity of 630 students and 80 employees. This competition concerns a new school with outdoor installations, as a turnkey contract with solution proposal. Please refer to the zoning plan, Book 0 function description and Technical description with annex for a more detailed description of the project. Also, an option price for the demolition of the existing lower secondary school shall be given.
