The contracting authority for this tender contest is Råde municipality on behalf of Våler, Moss, Rygge and Råde municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority).

Kort beskrivelse:
The municipalities aim at getting access to a diversity of teaching aids that covers a wide range of education of children and youths in schools and nurseries.
The contracting authority request tenders for procurement and delivery of:
School books, including textbooks, teacher guides, exercise booklets, key and digital teaching aids that are part of the textbook series.
Options for the delivery of the following product groups are also requested:
Subject books, reference books and other non-fiction including audio-books and digital teaching aids.
Educational concretising material (not games or art materials) and teaching aids which allow for diversity in provision of learning styles and differentiation.
The contracting authority requests an agreement that complies with the requirements given in the tender documentation.
Purchases to adult education and nurseries will also be included in the contract.
The customer's requirements and finances will always determine the procurement volume for the supplier of the agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to select the supplier found most financially advantageous for the co-operating municipalities. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier for all product groups. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the delivery. All of the co-operating municipality will therefore have the same supplier.

It will always be the contracting authority´s real needs and finances that determine the volume procured from the contract supplier.
In addition there will be procurements for adult education and nurseries.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a system that meets the needs described in the tender documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to choose the system that the economically most advantageous for the collaborating municipalities. The contracting authority would like one supplier for all product groups. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the delivery. All of the municipalities will therefore have the same supplier.
