Review and maintenance services for MS Hydrograf

Statens kartverk

The Norwegian Mapping Authority's vessel M/S Hydrograf is classified by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate, and shall go through a review in accordance with the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's regulations in 2017.
Maintenance shall be carried out on the vessel in connection with the review. The work to be carried out is described in Appendix 2 — Annex to the contract.
Defects and the need for improvements can come to light during the review and the maintenance of the vessel, which may involve work beyond that described in the Contracting Authority's requirements. The Contracting Authority retains the right to arrange additional work during the workshop services in order to rectify defects/the need for improvement.
The Contracting Authority wants detailed dialogue with the Tenderer for control of the work and costs during the workshop services. The Head of the Shipping section, technical inspector and crew of the vessel will monitor the work as well as carry out their own work on the vessel during the maintenance services.
The review shall be carried out in October/November 2017.
