The scope and purpose of the contract.
The competition is for a framework agreement for the provision of health response centre services.
The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer who round-the-clock can receive, assess, document and respond to notifications from welfare technological systems. The tenderer shall offer health professional screening of the notifications prior to transferring each participant to further treatment. Each participant can take out health filtering. The procurement's value is estimated to be: 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.
The tender contest shall be implemented as an open tender contest, in accordance with Part IV of the regulations.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
