Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and.

VAT.

Documentation: Tax certificate.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: company registration certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. Documentation: Annual financial statement for 2015 and 2016 including the board and auditor’s reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have the capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation: The history of the company, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business. The company’s business concept and core competence. The tenderer’s total workforce.

The tenderer shall have documented experience from equivalent assignments. Documentation: Tenderers shall submit five references from contracts of equivalent and relevant complexity, carried out during the last five years. The declarations shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the principal for the different deliveries and shall at least contain:

— Brief description of the work carried out in accordance with the relevant contract.

— Purchasing company /contractor.

— Time of execution of the contract.

— The economic value of the scope of the contract.

— Name, telephone number and email address for the reference person at the purchasing company /contractor.

If it is not possible to provide signed or verified attestations, the tenderer must provide a list of the relevant assignments with descriptions in accordance with the above paragraph.

Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system. Documentation: Description of the scope and structure of the tenderer’s quality assurance system. ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent, and explain which part of the company and sub-contractors are covered. Typical quality plan for a similar or equivalent project.

The tenderer must be qualified to perform welding work in accordance with EN 15085-2 certification level CL 1. Documentation: attestation/certificate in accordance with EN 15085-2 certification level CL 1.
