Removal services shall be provided for all locations and addresses at Oslo and Akershus University College In addition the Contracting Authority could also need rooms rigging for events, for example for the start of the academic year, exams and seminars, as well as the removal and disposal of furniture and equipment etc. In some cases HiOA will see to the disassembly, in other cases the tenderer must disassemble and assemble.
The estimated contract value, over a 4-year period, will be between 7 000 000 — 9 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The value is informative only and is based on historical figures. The service volume is subject to changes due to variations in the university college's needs and budget from year to year. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years from the start-up date. The estimated start-up date is 1.12.2017. The Contracting authority shall have the option to prolong the framework agreement for a further 1+1 years, a total of 4 years.

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form (ESPD), stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned in the tender documentation. The tenderer/tenderers who are chosen before the notification letter is sent out must document fulfilment of the qualification requirements in accordance with the stated documentation requirements.

All tenderers must ensure that they have the documentation available and must be prepared to present it at short notice at any time in the competition.

The self-declaration form (ESPD) shall be submitted as a PDF and Word document in a separate questionnaire in the ‘Supplier Portal’.
