Norsk Tipping needs a collaboration partner who can assist in recruitment for positions within different fields and at different levels. This will be employees on levels 2, 3 and 4 in the organisation, including department directors, middle managers and specialists.
Our collaboration partner must be flexible and able to assist Norsk Tipping with all or parts of the recruitment process.
Norsk Tipping would like to enter into a collaboration with a professional partner who can offer services and assistance within recruitment.
Norsk Tipping would like a partner who has solid experience and competence within the following areas:
— Recruitment,
— Search,
— Test and in-depth interviews; personality tests, ability tests, competence tests and preference tests,
— Career consultancy/career changes (Option),
— Recruitment of foreign expertise (Option).
