Halden kommune

The contract shall mainly include the hire and laundry of bed textiles and towelling, the hire and laundry of work clothes, the laundry of residents' private clothes, as well as laundry services for the municipalities' textiles. The consumers of the service are all entities related to health and care services in Halden and Aremark municipalities. This includes nursing homes, sheltered accommodations, home care services, casualty clinics and the Central kitchen. All other municipal entities with a need for laundry services shall have the same terms.

The contracting authority makes the following reservations:
The contracting authority makes reservation in relation to alterations of volume due to changed financial frame conditions, organisational changes and activity changes at the contracting authority.
Changes in scope due to price changes
The contracting authority requires that the offered products and services shall always be implemented in accordance with the current laws, regulations and other authority requirements, and as a minimum, be implemented in accordance with the requirements for competence, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
