The tenderers must be aware that there are special conditions in this competition due to the project containing classified information. We anticipate that the tender and tender documentation will be upgraded, and that therefore there is no need for special security measures for document processing when preparing tender offers. However, it is possible that some of the tenderer's personnel who shall prepare the tender must by authorised at the level ‘Limited’.
