The procurement contract shall apply to the whole of the Directorate of Public Construction and Property, but it is primarily the project New Government Block (RKV) and the Builder Department's other major projects that will utilise the agreement according to need.

An ICT solution and software with maintenance and support shall be procured for progress reporting of large projects in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property. Refer to the attached requirement specification and requirement table in regard to need and desired solution.

The Contracting Authority has at all times individual large projects that the current solution, ISY Plan, is not dimensioned to support to a satisfactory degree regarding planning and monitoring of progress. From and including Autumn 2017, RKV will be implemented. This is a large and complex construction project with many involved parties. The project has a need for a planning/progress monitoring tool that can handle very many activities, aggregating/coordination of information from multiple different plans — type of engineering design, production, user equipment, end phase/completion and Developers plan.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Tenderers shall provide a credit rating from an approved credit rating agency, including the entire report.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity.

Overview of the total number of employees, and particularly personnel in operations, support, maintenance and service.

The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a good comparable value to this contract.

Overview of up to five relevant reference assignments with good comparable value during the last 5 years.

Tenderers shall complete the form for reference assignments that is attached to this tender (reference form).
