Contest with negotiation with prequalification. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property would like tenders for a nationwide (including Svalbard) delivery of data lines, with an option for associated services.

The aim is to get a nationwide supplier who shall ensure the hire of WAN communication lines and necessary services for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.

The Contracting Authority currently has more than 200 locations distributed over the all of mainland Norway, as well as an office in Longyearbyen in Svalbard. It is a prerequisite that the same nationwide main supplier can offer data lines and services at all existing and future locations. It shall be possible to use new and more effective/future orientated technology that will come on the market during the agreement period.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract will be signed for 5 years. There is an automatic annual extension after this. Notice can be given on the contract in accordance with the contract terms in the SSA-D contract.

It must be possible to terminate all lines without contractual obligation when the contract period expires, regardless of when they were established, unless notice has been given on them during the contract, cf. the contract terms in the SSA-D contract.
