The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of electro boards and cabinets that are used for automatic traffic control (ATC) in Norway. The procurement does not cover equipment for automatic traffic control, only cabinet types and electro boards

The procurement consists of three different cabinet types, one foundation and two different electro boards, which are used for automatic traffic control (ATC).
The delivery date for the first units is latest 1.3.2018.
Tenderers shall prepare a project and progress plan that is to be enclosed with the tender.
The progress plan shall define the following milestones:
— Time used for design and development
— Date when the first prototype will be ready for approval by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is 4 years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority shall be able to ask for adjustments/changes to the cabinets and electro boards in order to adapt them for changes to the camera/measuring equipment.
See the option details in the requirement specifications annexes 1 and 2.
Tilleggsinformasjon:
An inspection will be held: Lillestrøm Traffic Station, Instituttveien 31, 2007 Kjeller, 17.10.2017, 10:00 — 12:00.
All the equipment shall be delivered to Lillestrøm Traffic Station.

HSE self-declaration
Tenderers shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Tenderers shall enclose a completed and signed HSE self-declaration. The self-declaration shall be signed by the general manager and a representative of the employees.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers shall have the necessary approvals/certifications for the actual type of work that shall be carried out.

The certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).

Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information on the point in time, a brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipients.

Tenderers shall give an account of a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments for electro boards and a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments for cupboards.
