We apologise that we must inform you that the competition is cancelled in accordance with PPR § 25-4. The tender notice and the tender documentation contained information that the framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's requirements for consultancy services for the following areas: — Digitalisation and efficiency improvement, including UX, — Strategic consultancy and implementation of strategy, — Internal controls. The evaluation of the questions to the tender contest revealed that a framework agreement has already been entered into for consultancy services concerning "Digitalisation and increased efficiency, including UX". The contracting authority is therefore obliged to cover requirements for these type of services by call-offs against the current agreement. This contract area amounts to approx. 50 % of the estimated contract value. The annulment of these services is considered as a considerable alteration, i.e. an alteration that will influence the framework for the current tender contest. Moreover, the evaluation revealed that the estimated value of the 2 other contractual areas is too high. This means that a new tender contest for these services is not relevant. All interested parties to this tender contest are registered and they can be invited to a direct tender contest if future assignments for the 2 other areas are required.
