The contracting authorities would like to enter into a contract for company health services in accordance with the Regulations on Employers' Use of Certified Company Health Services. The purpose of procuring company health services is to comply with the employer's statutory obligations under the Working Environment Act § 3.3 and related regulations, as well as to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions. The services shall cover all employees in Nittedal municipality and the municipal company Nittedal eiendom.
The aim is that the contracting authorities themselves shall be able to solve working environment challenges and
see to the employer's obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act § 1.1. Each unit or company is responsible for having a proper working environment in their unit. This means that the units shall carry out a risk and vulnerability analysis, prepare action plans and set targets for their HSE work. The municipalities shall be an attractive, including and health promoting workplace.

The tenderer must, as a minimum, fulfil all the requirements in the requirement specifications throughout the contract period. In the same way, the tenderer's response to the requirement specifications/tender must be fulfilled throughout the entire contract period.

The company health service provider has broad professional and formal competence, including doctor, physiotherapist, nutritional physiologist, psychologist, midwife, nurse and occupational hygienist and other relevant competence. Competence in following-up employees' sick leave with proposals for initiatives. Tenderers must have updated knowledge on recent research within relevant professional disciplines. Tenderers must stand for innovative thinking and developments within HSE and, in particular, within sick leave and have competence and a focus on preventive and health promoting work. Competence with positive psychology and an achievement culture in working life and updated knowledge on recent research.
