Procurement of charging stations (pantographs — opportunity charging)

STFK has given AtB the task of procuring charging stations (opportunity charging), which shall provide the battery-run electric buses with electricity. The pantographs shall be in operation from 03.08.2019 for 10 years. The tenderer will be responsible for the delivery and assembly of the charging stations. The contracting authority will be responsible for the engineering design services, excavation, provision of electricity, foundations and completion of the area. The mandate from STFK on the bus tender Stor-Trondheim 2019-2029 states that at least four routes in Stor-Trondheim shall be completely electric. As a part of this, 35 battery-run electric buses have been procured for the start of the new bus tender 3.8.2019. A decision has been made that the electric buses shall be charged at stops and that pantographs shall be based on opportunity charging. STFK has given AtB the task of procuring the charging stations.

The pantographs shall be in operation throughout the contract period for the bus tender, i.e. from 3.8.2019 for 10 years. All the charging stations must, however, be ready assembled by 1.5.2019, so that the operators can test the battery-run electric buses before the bus tender starts.

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
Tenderers must enclose a promise for a demand guarantee with the tender, cf. the procedure rules, annex 6.
In addition, Tenderers must be able to submit a guarantee for encumbrances and shortcomings at the charging stations. This document will be an annex to the operation and maintenance contract and will be called the guarantee period.
