Procurement of boat transport services for specific passenger groups Tromøy and Hisøy

The contracting authority would like to be able to offer sixth form college students, who have had a transport application approved by AKT, boat transport between Tyholmen — Skilsø and Tyholmen — Kolbjørnsvik without any cost for the students.
The contracting authority would like to offer children, youths and young adults (0-29 years), who have a valid period card for buses, boat transport between Tyholmen — Skilsø and Tyholmen — Kolbjørnsvik without extra cost for the person in question.
In other words, the procurement is for the transport of 2 passenger groups who shall not pay for a ticket at the Operator. The operator shall, in other words, not demand ticket income on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The operator shall, however, check that the sixth form students have valid transport proof and that joint ticketing passengers are within the correct age group (0-29 years) and have a valid period card. I.e. passengers must present a receipt in addition to the period card.
There are 2 routes:
Route 1 Tromøy
Route 2 Hisøy.
