Eidsberg kommune wants to contract a complete engineering design group for the preparation of the preliminary project for the turnkey contract for a new swimming pool. As a result of the requirement for school swimming lessons, Eidsberg kommune intends to built a low cost swimming facility that primarily ensures basic activities for swimming lessons, training and exercise in a 25 m swimming pool x 6 lanes without diving facility and a 12.5 m x 8.5 m training pool. Aside from school swimming, it is anticipated that users from sports clubs and organisations as well as local visits from residents.
