Procurement of a system for production of digital forms

Akershus County has a large amount of internal and external forms for various areas. Most of the forms are available as word/pdf files through the internet, or are sent either as annexes to e-mails or by the postal service. The county wishes, in 2017, to procure and utilise digital forms. Digital forms shall make it easier for the users to apply/communicate with the county, and they shall contribute to increasing the efficiency for internal case processing and archiving.
The county shall procure a form system where the county itself can easily create and administer an unlimited number of forms. The forms shall be used for both internal and external advanced applications, as well as simple forms linked to internet sites. The form data shall be importable directly to the county's case processing system ePhorte.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement period is 2 years from the signing of the contract. The Contracting Authority can prolong the agreement on identical terms for 1 year at a time, in maximum 4 years. The prolongation shall be notified in writing 3 months prior to the contract conclusion.

After the expiration of the last prolongation period, the agreement will be in force with a mutual notice period of 6 months.
