The procurement comprises occupational ontology with associated components for searching and classification to a platform for the labour market. NAV requires the service to be delivered with associated continual updating and adaptations that reflect the labour market in Norway.
This procurement is expected to be phase 1 of procurements of components to the platform for the labour market. It is anticipated that the schedule and scope of possible further procurements will be clarified at a date after this procurement.
The background for the procurement and expected scope is described in more detail in the tender documentation Appendix 1: General Description of NAV and the vision. The platform should be able to be expanded to cover the entire Norwegian labour market as described in the tender documentation Appendix 1, point 3.3 and point 4.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The agreement shall have a duration of 5 years from signing of the contract. The Contracting Authority (the Customer) has the option to extend the agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year+ 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority (the Customer) has the option to extend the agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year+ 1 year.
Furthermore, the Customer has the option on any further development related to possible future needs for amendments. Please also note that the Customer wants the following options:
Price element 5: Northern-Sami language support.
Price element 6: One off cost for establishment of local versions of the service.
Price element 7: Possible costs for security systems to safety the continuity of service.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
— Foreign tenderers: Certificate for registration in the company register as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Requirement: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: A Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months at the deadline for requests to participate in the tender competition.
