In 2016 we recruited 37 employees for 19 positions. Most of the recruitments were within customer services and case management. In addition we have regular recruitments to administrative positions, IT employees and other types of development and analysis functions. Many of the positions are only announced internally and the Norwegian State Education Fund recruits most positions itself. There is, however, a need for access to external assistance in some recruitment processes. The Norwegian State Education Fund will mainly need external assistance for the recruitment of managers and professional positions. The recruitment of managers covers all types of management positions. The recruitment of professional positions will, as a starting point, be candidates with strong IT competence and different competence within entity development/product development, but also other professional roles can be included under the framework agreement.

The Norwegian State Education Fund can have a need for assistance with both the full recruitment process and with parts of the process for all management positions. It will depend on the type of management position that the Norwegian State Education Fund shall recruit. If we need to recruit Director positions, the Norwegian State Education Fund will require assistance with the entire process. External assistance can be required for parts of the process for other management positions, for example, testing and/or final assessments, but also here external assistance can be required for the entire process.
