Drammensbadet currently has some outdated systems and challenges as some of the systems cannot ‘talk’ to each other. This includes, amongst other things, the access/ticket system, cash desk system and various reports and statistics that must be produced in the daily running of the waterpark. A thorough review has been carried out, based on observation and interviews with employees and users of the waterpark. This has mapped the challenges and needs for both groups.
