Review work has shown that Drammensbadet has a great need for new, seamless, digital systems that can communicate with each other. Employees and users of the waterpark were followed closely during the review work and major possibilities for improvements for both groups were identified. The employees'work situation must be improved as regards technical systems and work flow. A great improvement potential was uncovered for users of the waterpark, as regards Drammenbadet's total offer and experience. The finds from the field work were summarised and reviewed with the employees at Drammensbadet in order to get in-depth information. This is accounted for in the attached sketches that visualise the in-depth work. The sketches highlight the current challenges and map users and employees' needs.

Attention is drawn to the fact that the review work has tried to create a general picture of the current situation, challenges and needs. Some elements in the review will not necessarily be procured, e.g. an ordering system for supplies.
User journey: As a result of the field work, a user journey has been made, amongst other things, that sketches a family of children's experience when visiting the waterpark. The user journey emphasises the need to modernise and simplify visits, including the access and cash register system. Locking mechanism for changing room lockers:
Tenderers shall be able to provide a system that allows existing or new changing room lockers (possibly after replacing the existing changing room lockers) to be locked/opened by using the offered barcode tickets, QR code tickets and/or armbands with chips.

The contracting authority shall be able to replace the current member system if this is deemed to be appropriate. The contracting authority will have the right, but not a duty, to take up the option.
