The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for excavation and the transport of matter, with the accompanying services in accordance with the requirement specifications.

Kort beskrivelse:
The assignment will mainly involve:
— Excavation and the transport of matter, with the accompanying work, as a supplement to the municipality's own works department.
— Minor repair and maintenance work for the municipality's entity for water, sewage and sanitation (VAR).
— Work on pipeline breaks etc., also for acute needs.
— Minor work for municipality's entity for roads, works and parks (VAP).
— Minor casting work that is naturally included in excavation work that has already been awarded (e.g. a small wall edge or repairs to a damaged wall etc.).
— Other ongoing work of an adjoining character, such as blasting.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 60 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder

Tax and VAT — documentation:
Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6
months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
(Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)
Foreign tenderers: Tenderers who are not established in Norway shall submit equivalent
documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the Tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably
be translated to Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.
Tax and VAT requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order, in
accordance with the legal provisions.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit assessment — documentation: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other business and account information systems than
Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro in order to ensure an equal assessment of all tenderers.
The Tenderer can enclose other necessary information in the tender if the Tenderer believes that
Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the economic situation.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing.
This also applies to foreign tenderers.

Credit rating — requirement: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required. The minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit-worthy A in accordance with Bisnode AS using the service CreditPro, or that the tenderer has the financial capacity to implement the contract, based on the contracting authority's assessment given in the submitted documentation from the Tenderer.

Experience — documentation: A reference list must be submitted with a minimum of five references showing that the qualification requirement is met. For each reference assignment, information must be provided about the assignment's content, scope, value, time, duration, contracting authority, client contact person with e-mail address and telephone number.
