The Norwegian Parliament shall enter into parallel framework agreements for HR within management, collaboration, interaction, organisation structure etc. The strategy for the Norwegian Parliament's administration in the period 2015-2018, the HR strategy for 2015-2018, and ethical guidelines will form the basis of the procurement. The objective of the framework agreements is to assist in adherence of the principle of the strategy ‘An attractive, competent organisation with a good working environment’.
