Throughout the year, the Water and Sewage Authority has many minor assignments in the category minor trench construction, manhole reconstructions, light surface works and restoration/supplementary work on lawns/green areas. The framework agreement is intended to provide respite for the Water and Sewage Authority's stand by department (ATB). To avoid unnecessary competitive tendering of each individual assignment of the above nature, it is appropriate to have a framework agreement with one tenderer that the Water and Sewage Authority can use. The framework agreement is intended for assignments that are difficult to describe and/or require a quick response.

The Water and Sewage undertakes to purchase parts of their future need regarding trench construction, manhole reconstructions, light surface works and restoration/supplementary works on lawns/green areas, from the framework agreement supplier during the period of the framework agreement. The tenderer undertakes to perform this work. Previous figures may provide the tenderer with an indication of the framework agreements combined scope during the agreement period. The value of the agreement is estimated to be approx. 60 000 000 NOK over 4 years, based on previous figures.

— To procure parts of the Water and Sewage Authority's future needs outside of the framework agreement.
— To arrange individual competitions for minor trench construction, manhole reconstruction, light surface works and restoration/supplementary works on lawns/green areas during the period of the framework agreement.
— To enter into other framework agreements that partially overlap this framework agreement.
— During the period of the framework agreement perform work equivalent to that included in this framework agreement in instances where the Water and Sewage Authority finds it appropriate.
