Politiets fellestjenester

Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth referred as the contracting authority, shall enter into an agreement on postal services in the Oslo region. Further description of the contracting parties, including who is defined as a customer, is stated in the Terms of the Agreement, point 1.7; Definitions.
The objective of the agreement is to meet the contracting authority's requirements for transport of post for the activities in the Oslo area which is currently covered by the "Oslo Dep" agreement, including:
— Collecting and delivering daily incoming letter post,
— Collecting, delivering, sorting, facilitating and franking daily outgoing letter post which shall be delivered to the Norwegian Post for distribution on the same day,
— Monthly invoicing of postage in arrears,
— Collecting and distributing internal parcels between the contracting authority's main locations in Oslo,
— Handling and addressing parcels (printing EDI labels),
— Handling registered parcels.
