Vestre Viken Health Trust is divided into 6 geographical areas, mainly in accordance with the former hospital areas:
Area 1: Kongsberg hospital.
Area 2: Ringerike hospital.
Area 3: Hallingdal hospital.
Area 4: Bærum hospital.
Area 5: Drammen hospital.
Area 6: Clinic for Mental Health and substance abuse (PHR) i.e. Primarily Blakstad and Lier Hospitals.
*Operation at Lier Hospital is planned to be gradually reduced during 2018.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one, several or all combinations of geographical areas, but the submitted tender must include the all buildings belonging to each area.
There will be parallel framework agreements with at least 3 tenderers for each sub area, assuming that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenderer offers. The tenderers with the highest weighted total scores for each individual sub area will be selected in a prioritized order. When procuring plumbing services, call offs shall preferably be carried out in the following manner in each individual sub area.

— Assignment with anticipated value over 150 000 NOK excluding VAT: Execution of a mini competition. For larger projects, the Contracting Authority retains the right to publish their own competitions.
