The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority’s need for pipes and concrete elements for water and sewage, both water and sewage and HVAC and sanitation. The Contracting Authority needs ‘daily’ deliveries and for a larger project. The Contracting Authority defines large assignments as projects where the goods purchase amounts to a minimum of NOK 500 000.
The Contracting Authority will enter into identical framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers. The best-ranked tenderer will receive all individual procurements under NOK 500 000, for projects with an estimated goods purchase over NOK 500 000, all tenderers with framework agreements have the possibility to submit a tender offer.
