NAV invites tenderers to an open tender competition regarding person lifts. The tender will include person lifts, accessories, spare parts and services. The competition is divided into several items (independent competitions). The tenderer can select to submit tender offers for one or more items.
Contracts will be signed for each sub-competition with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from item to item regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed.
The contract period is 2 years from contract signing. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend all or parts of the agreement multiple times in a period of up to 2 years.

The tender conference will be held in NAV's premises at Sannergata 2 in Oslo at the time/date mentioned in Part I Conditions of the competition point 1.9. Participants are asked to register at reception in Sannergata by 12:00 on the day. For tenderers that wish to participate in the tender conference, we suggest that the tenderer has thoroughly reviewed the competition documents beforehand. If the tenderers have questions about the competition documents, please send these via email to the contact person stated in part I, prior to the tender conference. All questions and answers will be published on Doffin, but NAV will assess if some of these also shall be reviewed at the tender conference. At the tender conference, NAV will primarily go through key parts of the competition documentation. Questions regarding assessment made during the preparation of the tender documents will not be answered or discussed.
