Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

4 parallel framework agreements will be entered into for the electrical installations inspections. The contract is expected to be initiated by January 2018. All inspections are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018. The contract is restricted to include the contracting Contracting Authority's properties.
Requirements related to the Nek 405-4 and 405-3 approvals are made. Alternatively documentation showing courses for personnel subject to approvals. The contract is as a starting point only related to inspections. However, small repairs can also be relevant. See also information about the contract and requirement specifications thereof.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Legally established company: A certificate of company registration, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established, must be submitted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit assessment/rating, not older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Sufficient financial capacity to execute the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of corresponding assignments carried out during the last three years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important assignments.

— Information of the education and the professional qualifications of the tenderer's management (a competence matrix) and CVs, skills certificate or for those responsible for the implementation of the contract.

— A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.

— Certification or plans for courses for the personnel subject to certifications.

— A description of the tenderer's quality assurance system.

— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008. The contracting authority will also accept any other documentation showing that the tenderer has established equivalent quality assurance measures. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-7 (1) cf. (3).

— A description of the environmental management measures.
