The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel agreements with 3 or more tenderers in two zones, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received.

Lots and alternative tenders
Tenders can be submitted for one or both zones. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of a zone, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with FOA § 19-2 and will do this by splitting the procurement up into 2 geographical zones and allowing parallel framework agreements for the extent.
