Helgeland Avfallsforedling IKS would like tenders for the operation of Mobile Recycling Stations in Lurøy, Røday and Træna municipalities + the Nesna islands.
Operation involves loading collected equipment at Røssvollhei Waste Facility/Nordre Gate, transporting it to the collection place, serving customers during opening hours and sorting waste into fractions, transporting it in to Røssvollhei Waste Facility/Nordre Gate 21 and unloading the collected sorted waste fractions.
The facility must be able to be equipped with containers for bulky waste (wood, metal, residual waste), as well as receiving EE-waste, various fractions (cardboard, plastic film, textiles) in pure fractions.

Tenderers who have not been rejected in the first step of the assessment process, must in addition, fulfil the following suitability criteria:
— Economical and financial ability, assessed on the basis of the presented annual accounts and annual reports, as well as documented certificates as required in this tender description.
— The ability to carry out the services with a view to professional competence, efficiency, experience and reliability. This will be judged on the basis of assessments made on the following documentation:

— Competence (certificates, course certificate, experience, ADR-course etc.)
— Use of sub-suppliers.
— Description of the quality and environment management system.
— Certificates within ISO9001 or ISO 14001 or equivalent standards for the environment, quality or HSE.
— Vehicles and other equipment, including flexibility in the equipment, spare material, garage stand-by and stores.
— Service and service organisation, availability as regards customers/response time.
— Route planning and robustness in the execution plans.
